Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. was established in 1986 and is the sister company to one of the largest construction companies in New Hampshire, Pro Con Construction. The company is comprised of four (4) Commercial Agents and a Marketing Assistant. Michael F. Reed, President, has over twenty six (26) years of experience in the New Hampshire market. Deanna Caron is an Associate Broker with twenty three (23) years brokerage experience throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. Tom Dickson, a veteran in the field of sales coming from 3M Company as a Commercial Agent with Stebbins since 2007. Victoria Gorveatt, our newest Sales Associate has seven (7) years real estate experience throughout Massachusetts as a Sale Associate, as well as, a Real Estate Appraiser.

Terry Rich is the Administrative Assistant at Stebbins and has been in the administrative field for over 30 years where she has worked for i2 Technologies, Citizen's Bank and Digital Equipment Corporation.
She is responsible for marketing and administrative duties for the company and has received her Associates degree in Business Administration from Manchester Community College, has two children and six grandchildren.
